This can show that you are willing to learn new things, but also the things you do learn could help you get the promotion or be considered for new roles within your business,
Have the confidence to speak out and show initiative in the workplace
Confidence is something that we are not born with, we learn to increase it as life goes on, and so having the confidence to speak out in work can be daunting at first. Being in a meeting, for example, and knowing that you have an idea and I suggestion that could work, but not speaking out through fear of how you may look or sound is a huge mistake.
